Asking Edwina Hart to Help 1st February 2015

As many of you are aware, Edwina Hart and Liz Evans were canvassing support on our Estate last Saturday (24th January).
After conversations on that Saturday with members of the Action Group, she has now advised that she has arranged to meet with Rob Stewart to discuss our situation.
We have put together a notice, which fellow Residents may want to email to Edwina Hart to show our Unity and Strength of Feeling
If you agree please Copy and Paste the message below to Edwina Hart at either of these email addresses edwina.hart@assembly.wales or rosemary.jones@assembly.wales

Subject Elba Ground Rent Dispute

F.T.A
Edwina Hart A. M.

I am a resident of the Elba Estate, Gowerton and was very surprised when you and Liz Evans decided to canvas support on our estate last Saturday (24th January).

There is uncertainty by some residents as to how aware you were that our Homes are subject to a huge ground rent increase proposal from the current Labour council.

You were at the first public meeting at the Gowerton Rugby Club in June 2014.

However, others feel you appeared completely unaware that the City and County of Swansea have still not come to an acceptable agreement with residents.

A number of AM’s offered assistance to us during this terrible time but we don’t appear to have much (if any) support from our Gower AM.

I understand from the Action Group, you have subsequently arranged a meeting with Mr Rob Stewart to discuss our situation.

Perhaps during this election year you will hopefully assist your constituents to come to a reasonable and morally acceptable solution with the current Labour Council.

A Very Worried and Concerned Resident.
