The Action Group have been in regular contact with John Morse Solicitors since April, providing information, assisting contact and discussion with the CCS Estates Department, ensuring that the agreed Freehold Valuations were being applied correctly and providing assistance where possible.
JMS were finally advised a few days ago that the CCS Legal department intends to start forwarding approved transfer documents to them soon. Once received JMS will start contacting/issuing these documents to Leaseholders.
It looks like we are all finally getting to the end of what has been a long process and the Action Group feel it is now the right time to step back.
The remaining balance of £600 in our fighting fund will be donated between 3 charities (the Ty Olwen Hospice, Air Ambulance Wales and Blood Bikes Wales) and the account will be closed.
