We are aware that some Leaseholders have received letters from their Solicitors detailing the City and County of Swansea’s calculation for the Freehold Purchase. 

This calculation includes an element related to the revised annual leasehold charge which is not correct.

We have already been in discussion with John Morse Solicitors and Mr Rob Cowley who have both been in contact with CCS today.

Please be assured that these calculations are incorrect and will be revised by City and County of Swansea to reflect the original written agreements.

There is no need to contact John Morse or the City and County of Swansea at this time, revised offers will be sent out by the City and County of Swansea when amended.
