The City and County of Swansea will be sending out letters to Elba Leaseholders on Monday 30th March.
These letters will includes a more detailed explanation of their revised £400 ground rent proposal with the option of review by Leasehold Valuation Tribunal if you do not agree with this offer.
The Action Group are arranging a date for a Resident Meeting ASAP.
Our advice remains the same as always:
Individual action by leaseholders is likely to be divisive and will weaken our overall position and we must continue to act as a group.
We ask that leaseholders refrain from responding individually to any correspondence which they receive from the Council until after the Residents Meeting.
