Update after our Second Surgery
on Wednesday 13th August 2014
A big thank you to all the Residents and Leaseholders who attended our two surgeries, the second of which was last Wednesday 13th August at the Gowerton Con' Club.
The response was again excellent and the opportunity to share information was invaluable.
Unfortunately some Residents/Leaseholders have still not made their £20 contribution.
To assist these Residents/Leaseholders the Action Group will be posting them reminders with details of how they can still make their payment by leaving their details on either Mobile number: 07967 855 646 or Email address: ground.rent.info@gmail.com
Please Remember
The Action Group will not be able to represent those leaseholders who do not contribute and they will then have to make their own arrangements for obtaining legal advice, which are likely to be both involved and costly.
The underlying message must be that as a group we are much stronger together and that the chances for a successful outcome for all are best served by remaining united.
