We have been in discussion with John Morse Solicitors again today and can confirm that City and County of Swansea have acknowledged the errors in their calculations.

JMS have asked us to advise all Leaseholders who have not yet replied to or are yet to receive the Freehold Purchase Documents to complete, sign and return the documents ONLY. Do not send any payment . 

CCS are currently re-calculating any monies owed and JMS will re-issue these when received.

Any Leaseholder who has already replied and included a payment will receive a refund from JMS when the revised calculations are received from CCS. 

The Action Group want to take this opportunity to thank John Morse Solicitors for the hard work and assistance they have provided to date and the additional work required due to CCS’s error.

JMS can only work with the information supplied by CCS and share our frustration with this additional delay.
